1918-1919年西班牙大流感肆虐于世界，上海也深受其害。但在此期间，上海是流感与霍乱交替爆发，这给当时的租界、华界与社会各界团体带来了严峻挑战。围绕流感与霍乱防治，租界、华界、社会团体与个人均较为积极应对。故探讨此次流感与霍乱的防治过程，不仅是对中国近代城市如何进行传染病防治的回眸，亦可为当前救治疫病工作提供诸多借鉴。
1918-1919년서반아대류감사학우세계，상해야심수기해。단재차기간，상해시류감여곽란교체폭발，저급당시적조계、화계여사회각계단체대래료엄준도전。위요류감여곽란방치，조계、화계、사회단체여개인균교위적겁응대。고탐토차차류감여곽란적방치과정，불부시대중국근대성시여하진행전염병방치적회모，역가위당전구치역병공작제공제다차감。
From the 1918 to 1919 , we can find that the Spanish influenza had broken out all over the world .Naturally,Shanghai also had been influenced .However, during this time, The Spanish influenza and cholera turned out one by one .They brought the severe challenges to Shanghai municipal government .In the procession ,the government ,the society and the individual and other aspects have spared no effort to prevent and treat the infectious disease .Probing into the outbreak of cholera and all circles of the society to strategy , it is not only a review of the prevention of the modern epidemic disease ,but also is benefit to save epidemic disease in recent years .
