对于数量较为庞大的检验检测工作来说，建立安赛蜜、苯甲酸、糖精钠和山梨酸4种食品添加剂的快速检测条件。方法采用色谱柱： Agilent ZORBAX 300SB-C18（150mm×4.6mm×5μm）；流动相：甲醇+乙酸铵（每升加入550μL 乙酸铵，浓度0.02mol/L）（10∶90）；流速1mL/L；进样量10.0μL；紫外检测波长230nm；柱温30℃。该方法条件稳定，且前处理简单，准确度高，分析时间短，适合大量样品的直接检测。

For a relatively large number of sample detections, it is necessary to establish a rapid detection condi-tion of arcelormittal honey, benzoic acid, saccharin sodium and sorbic acid. Method as follows: chromatographic col-umn (Agilent ZORBAX 300SB-C18 with150mm×4.6mm×5μm); mobile phase with methanol and ammonium acetate, which contains 550μL ammonium acetate per liter and its concentration was 0.02mol/L (10∶90); 1mL/L flowing veloci-ty; 10.0μL sample size; 230nm UV detection wavelength; 30℃column temperature. This method, which was not only stable and simple for the pretreatment, but also had high accuracy and short analysis time, is suitable for direct detec-tions of large numbers of samples.
