开放式创新已成为企业创新的主导范式,但它需要动态能力的支撑。且开放式创新是一个动态变化的过程,每个阶段需要不同的动态能力。以沈阳机床为研究对象,聚焦于动态能力在开放式创新过程中的演化路径。研发发现,沈阳机床开放式创新过程分为学习引进、并购重组、共同研发和代工生产四个阶段,相应地,动态能力按照吸收能力、整合能力、关系能力和重构能力的路径进行演化。
開放式創新已成為企業創新的主導範式,但它需要動態能力的支撐。且開放式創新是一箇動態變化的過程,每箇階段需要不同的動態能力。以瀋暘機床為研究對象,聚焦于動態能力在開放式創新過程中的縯化路徑。研髮髮現,瀋暘機床開放式創新過程分為學習引進、併購重組、共同研髮和代工生產四箇階段,相應地,動態能力按照吸收能力、整閤能力、關繫能力和重構能力的路徑進行縯化。

Open innovation has become the dominant paradigm of innovation in enterprises' practice, but it needs the support of dynamic capabilities. Open innovation is a dynamic process, and each stage require different dynam-ic capability. This study focuses on the evolution of dynamic capabilities in the process of open innovation. Based on the case study of Shenyang Machine Tool, some theoretical relationship between open innovation and dy-namic capabilities are inducted from the management practices. This paper indicates that the open innovation path of Shenyang Machine Tool is 'introduction and learning, mergers and acquisitions, co-R&D, OEM'. According to this path, dynamic capabilities evolve orderly from absorption capacity, integration capability, relationship capability to reconfiguration capability.
