目的：观察及评价泪道探通术后妥布霉素地塞米松（典必殊）滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（贝复舒）眼用凝胶泪道注入治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法选取门诊单纯泪道阻塞患者共68例77眼，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组34例39眼泪道探通术后妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶泪道注入，对照组34例38眼仅行泪道探通。结果治疗组治愈30眼（76.92%），好转5眼（12.82%），无效4眼（10.26%），总有效率89.74%；对照组治愈21眼（55.26%），好转5眼（13.16%），无效12眼（31.58%），总有效率68.42%；2组治愈率及总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论泪道探通术后妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子眼用凝胶泪道注入治疗泪道阻塞安全可靠，疗效肯定，方法简便易学，是一种值得提倡和推广的治疗方式。

목적：관찰급평개루도탐통술후타포매소지새미송（전필수）적안액연합중조우감성성섬유세포생장인자（패복서）안용응효루도주입치료루도조새적림상료효。방법선취문진단순루도조새환자공68례77안，수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조34례39안루도탐통술후타포매소지새미송적안액연합중조우감성성섬유세포생장인자안용응효루도주입，대조조34례38안부행루도탐통。결과치료조치유30안（76.92%），호전5안（12.82%），무효4안（10.26%），총유효솔89.74%；대조조치유21안（55.26%），호전5안（13.16%），무효12안（31.58%），총유효솔68.42%；2조치유솔급총유효솔비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론루도탐통술후타포매소지새미송적안액연합중조우감성성섬유세포생장인자안용응효루도주입치료루도조새안전가고，료효긍정，방법간편역학，시일충치득제창화추엄적치료방식。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of treating lacrimal duct obstruction by infusing tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye-gel after probing of lacrimal passages. Methods 77 eyes (68 patients) with lacrimal duct obstruction were randomly divided into two groups. Study group (39 eyes) were treated by infusing tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye-gel after probing of lacrimal passages. Control group (38 eyes) were treated by only probing of lacrimal passages. Results In the study group, 30 eyes (76.92%) were cured, 5 eyes (12.82%) were improved, 4 eyes (10.26%) were invalid;the effective rate was 89.74%;In the control group, 21 eyes (55.26%) were cured, 5 eyes (13.16%) were improved, 12 eyes (31.58%) were invalid;the effective rate was 68.42%. The differences of the cure rate and the effective rate between the two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Infusing tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye-gel after probing of lacrimal passages is safe, effective and simple;it is a worthy advocate and promote treatment.
