PIN二极管电子开关广泛应用于天线的收发转换,完成射频信号的通道切换。由于非线性特性,其在大动态及多音信号输入时会产生互调失真。论文介绍了PIN二极管的开关应用,设计了一款工作在100M Hz~400M Hz的高性能收发开关,根据实际使用中出现的问题分析了PIN管的非线性产生的原因,测试了单串、双串、单并、双并、反串联等开关电路的互调失真情况并进行分析,改进了宽带开关设计中存在的问题,最后对降低PIN管电子开关的非线性失真技术进行了讨论。

PIN diode electronic switch is widely used in the antenna duplexer and RF channel switching .Due to the nonlinear characteristics ,the switch will produce intermodulation distortion when it works in wide dynamic range or multi-tone signal is input .PIN diode switch applications has been introduced in this paper ,the causes of the PIN diode's nonlinear-ity are analyzed .The intermodulation distortion of switch circuits in different topological structures such as single series , double series ,back-to-back series ,single parallel and double parallel are tested and analyzed .The problems that exist in the broadband switch design are improved ,and the technology of reducing the nonlinear distortion of PIN diode electronic switch are discussed .
