以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵( CTMAB)作为有机改性剂对钠基蒙脱土( MMT)进行改性得到阳离子化有机改性蒙脱土( CTMAB-MMT)。 X-Ray衍射结果表明,随CTMAB用量的增加,MMT的层间距增加。以CTMAB-MMT为吸附剂,研究了其对活性翠蓝K-GL染料的吸附性能,结果表明, CTMAB-MMT对染料的吸附容量随CTMAB用量的增加或吸附温度的提高而增大;在弱酸性条件下CTMAB-MMT的吸附容量明显优于碱性条件;随着吸附时间的延长,CTMAB-MMT对染料的吸附容增加,一定时间后趋向于平衡。

Using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide ( CTMAB ) as modifier the cationization Na-montmorillonite ( CTMAB-MMT ) was prepared. The results of the X-Ray diffraction showed that the interlayer spacing of the MMT was increased with increasing the CT-MAB contents. Using the CTMAB-MMT as adsorption agent the adsorption performances to reactive blue K-GL dye were investiga-ted. The results showed that the adsorption capacity of CTMAB-MMT increased with increasing the CTMAB contents or adsorption temperatures. Under the weak acidity condition the adsorption capacity was obviously better than the alkaline condition. The adsorp-tion capacity of CTMAB-MMT was enhanced with increasing the adsorption times,but a certain time the adsorption processes tended to balance.
