针对塔底温度存在的大滞后、大惯性时间常数难以控制的特点,论文将DM C算法引入到精馏过程中,以DCS为平台,提出了以DM C算法与PID控制相结合的串级控制系统,并设计了在DCS系统中如何实施的具体方案。最后通过仿真研究表明,这种方案使控制系统具有更快的响应速度和良好的调节性能,提高了系统的动静态性能指标,其总体性能明显优于PID-PID串级控制系统。

For the distillation tower temperature with large inertial ,time-delay and uncertain model ,a control system based on DMC-PID cascade control is proposed .Based on DCS ,DMC algorithm is introduced to the distillation process .Im-plementation scheme is designed in the DCS system .Then it verifies that the control strategy of dynamic matrix control asso-ciated with PID cascade control not only keeps a faster response and excellent adjustment ability ,but also enhances the dy-namic and static performances of the system by the simulation result .The overall performance of DMC-PID bunches control system is superior to that of PID-PID cascade control system .
