论文对大孔树脂去除炼油废水中酚进行了研究。采用静态法实验研究了树脂用量、pH、温度、废水中酚的初始浓度等条件对H103和X-5树脂吸附和解吸酚的影响。实验结果表明,室温对吸附有利,随着树脂用量和初始浓度的增加,两种树脂对酚的吸附率增加。30min内吸附率可达80%以上,返洗率可达90%以上。用H103和X-5树脂对炼油厂废水处理厂排放的低含量含酚废水进行吸附处理后,酚的浓度能达到国家排放标准要求。

논문대대공수지거제련유폐수중분진행료연구。채용정태법실험연구료수지용량、pH、온도、폐수중분적초시농도등조건대H103화X-5수지흡부화해흡분적영향。실험결과표명,실온대흡부유리,수착수지용량화초시농도적증가,량충수지대분적흡부솔증가。30min내흡부솔가체80%이상,반세솔가체90%이상。용H103화X-5수지대련유엄폐수처리엄배방적저함량함분폐수진행흡부처리후,분적농도능체도국가배방표준요구。
The treatment of refinery wastewater containing phenol with macroporous adsorption resin was studied. The effect of the resin dosage,pH,temperature and initial concentration on adsorption and desorption for the resin H103 and X-5 were studied in the static experiment. The results shows that room temperature is suit to the adsorption of H103 and X-5 resin,and with the increasing of resin’s dosage and the initial concentration of the wastewater,the adsorption rate of the two resins increased as well. The adsorption rates can reach over 80%within 30min. The elution efficiency can reach 90%within 30 min. The stability tests indicated that both adsorption and desorption in the process are stable with H103 and X-5 resin as adsorbent,and the wastewater can reach the national discharge standard for the handled refinery wastewater.
