以团队层面为研究对象,以团队知识整合、组织支持感和团队创新绩效为中介效应,通过组织环境和创新氛围的调节作用研究组织支持感和团队创新绩效之间的关系。首先,文章选择了教育部批准的580支科研团队作为样本框;其次,运用LISREL软件,采用最大似然估计法进行验证性因素分析,以检验变量的维度结构,检验主观和客观绩效来测量团队绩效;最后,通过数据合并、描述性统计分析,采用分层回归模型和调节回归模型对提出的假设进行检验。结果表明:团队组织支持感和团队创新绩效有显著的正相关关系,组织环境和团队知识整合行为间的交互作用与团队创新绩效显著相关,创新氛围与团队创新绩效密切相关。基于研究结果,对于大学的科研团队而言,在知识管理的过程中,建立一个进取、开放、容错、多元的创新氛围和组织环境是至关重要的。

Based on the team as the research object, the team knowledge integration, organizational support and team innovation performance as the intermediary effect, through the effect of organization environment and innovation atmosphere regulate the relationship between perceived organizational support and team innovation performance. Firstly, the paper choose the scientific research team of the ministry of education approved 580 as sample. Secondly, by using LISREL software, using the maximum likelihood estimation method for confirmatory factor analysis, to test the dimension variable structure, subjective and objective performance test to measure team performance. Thirdly, through the combined data, the descriptive statistical analysis, using hierarchical regression model and regression model on analyst the hypothesis test, the result show that the perceived organizational support team and team innovation performance have a significant positive correlation, the interaction with organizational environment and team knowledge integration behavior and team innovation performance are closely related, innovation atmosphere and team innovation performance are closely related. Based on the results of the study, for the university scientific research team, in the process of knowledge management, establish a enterprising, open, fault-tolerant, multivariate innovation atmosphere and environment is very important.
