针对低功耗不同的唤醒机制、唤醒源以及应用中如何选择等问题,在剖析KL25各种低功耗唤醒模块硬件结构、工作原理和唤醒方法的基础上,研究并给出了各种低功耗模式的唤醒方式、步骤和选用的注意事项等技术要素。对低功耗TSI电容触摸键盘的唤醒应用实例进行了实验和分析,实验结果表明,该方法在低功耗模式下降低了TSI系统的功耗,为低功耗嵌入式系统的开发应用提供了借鉴和参考。

Aiming at the problems that how to choose low-power different wake-up mechanism and wake up source in the applica-tion,KL25 various low-power wake-up module hardware structure,working principle and wake-up method were analyzed.The various low-power modes wake-up mechanism,steps and precautions were reseached.The applications of TSI low-power capaci-tive touch keyboard were achieved and through laboratory testing and analysis,the results showed that in the low-power mode, TSI system power consumption was greatly reduced.For low power embedded system development application,a useful refe-rence was provided.
