利用不同剂量的微生态制剂(噬菌28)添加在饲料中饲养金鲫鱼8 d、16 d、24 d ,测定其与鱼体生长和健康相关的血液指标。结果显示:试验组红细胞压积、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量等血液指标相对于对照组均有明显变化,且随着微生态制剂添加量的增加和饲喂时间的延长而提高,表明噬菌28能改善金鲫鱼的血液指标,提高新陈代谢,促进鱼类健康生长。

Carasslus auratus were fed different amounts of Microbial ecological agents (phage 28) as ad-ditive of the fodder 8 days ,16 days ,24 days ,and the blood parameters related to their grow th and health were measured .Red blood cell number (RBC) ,haemoglobin content(Hb) ,hemotocrit(Ht) in the treatment groups were superior to those of the control group and with increasing amount of the Microbial ecological agents additive and the fed time .Thus ,the result demonstrated that Microbial eco-logical agents can improve blood parameters of Carasslus auratus ,enhance their metabolism and expe-dite their healthy grow th .
