目的：观察舒血宁注射液对2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血液流变学和经颅多普勒（TCD）指标的影响。方法选取血糖稳定的T2DM且伴有高黏血症、脑动脉供血不足患者53例，用舒血宁注射液治疗2周。比较治疗前后血液流变学和TCD指标变化。结果治疗前后患者全血黏度（低切、高切）、血浆黏度、红细胞比容虽有所下降，但无统计学意义（P＞0．05），治疗后血浆纤维蛋白原浓度和血小板聚集率明显降低（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），椎动脉、基底动脉、大脑后动脉、大脑中动脉及大脑前动脉血流速度明显增加（P＜0．01）。结论舒血宁注射液能够改善血浆纤维蛋白原浓度、血小板聚集率与脑血流速度，从而改善头晕等症状。
목적：관찰서혈저주사액대2형당뇨병（T2DM）환자혈액류변학화경로다보륵（TCD）지표적영향。방법선취혈당은정적T2DM차반유고점혈증、뇌동맥공혈불족환자53례，용서혈저주사액치료2주。비교치료전후혈액류변학화TCD지표변화。결과치료전후환자전혈점도（저절、고절）、혈장점도、홍세포비용수유소하강，단무통계학의의（P＞0．05），치료후혈장섬유단백원농도화혈소판취집솔명현강저（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），추동맥、기저동맥、대뇌후동맥、대뇌중동맥급대뇌전동맥혈류속도명현증가（P＜0．01）。결론서혈저주사액능구개선혈장섬유단백원농도、혈소판취집솔여뇌혈류속도，종이개선두훈등증상。
Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuening injection on hemorheology and transcranial Doppler indexes of type 2 diabetic patient.Methods 53 blood sugar stable T2DM with hyperviscosity, cerebral ar-terial insufficiency were selected and treated by Shuxuening injection for two weeks .Hemorheology and transcranial Doppler indexes before and after treatment were compared .Results There was no significant difference between be-fore and after treatment on Low shear whole blood viscosity , high shear viscosity , plasma viscosity and hematocrit (P>0.05).Plasma fibrinogen concentration and platelet aggregation was significantly lower (P<0.01, P<0.05). Corresponding blood flow velocity was significantly increased (P<0.01).Conclusion Shuxuening injection can improve plasma fibrinogen concentration , platelet aggregation and cerebral blood flow velocity , thereby improving diz-ziness and other symptoms .
