目的：观察电针联合心理干预治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法将60例肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例采用电针联合心理干预治疗，对照组30例予乳癖消胶囊治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月经周期后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96．7％，对照组总有效率80．9％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论电针联合心理护理干预治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生病疗效确定。

목적：관찰전침연합심리간예치료간욱기체형유선증생병적림상료효。방법장60례간욱기체형유선증생병환자수궤분위2조。치료조30례채용전침연합심리간예치료，대조조30례여유벽소효낭치료。2조균련속치료3개월경주기후평정료효。결과치료조총유효솔96．7％，대조조총유효솔80．9％，2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조。결론전침연합심리호리간예치료간욱기체형유선증생병료효학정。
Objective To observed clinical efficacy of electro -acupuncture combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with liver Qi stagnation Methods 60 cases of liver Qi stagnation hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 30 ca-ses in each group .Observation group were treated by electro -acupuncture combined with psychological intervention and control group was given oral Rupixiao capsules .The effect was evaluated after treatment of three consecutive men-strual cycles.Results The total efficiency in observation group (92.5%) was higher than that in the control group (72.5%, P<0.05).Conclusion Electro -acupuncture combined with psychological intervention has definite effect on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with liver Qi stagnation .
