Bile%Gastroesophageal reflux%Gastritis%Heweijiangni%Treatment based on syndrome differen-tiation%Traditional Chinese medicine therapy
目的：观察清胆和胃、通腑泄浊、从痈论治胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效及镜下疗效。方法将120例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予中药运胃合剂治疗，对照组60例予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗。均4周为1个疗程，1个疗程后分析比较2组疗效。结果2组治疗后各症状、体征较本组治疗前均改善，且治疗组治疗后上腹疼痛、上腹胀满、口苦及泛酸等症状改善更明显。治疗组总有效率98．3％，对照组89．5％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。2组治疗后内镜疗效比较，治疗组总有效率91．52％，对照组75．43％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论清胆和胃、通腑泄浊、从痈论治胆汁反流性胃炎有效合理，值得在临床中推广。

목적：관찰청담화위、통부설탁、종옹론치담즙반류성위염림상료효급경하료효。방법장120례담즙반류성위염환자수궤분위2조。치료조60례여중약운위합제치료，대조조60례여오미랍서장용효낭치료。균4주위1개료정，1개료정후분석비교2조료효。결과2조치료후각증상、체정교본조치료전균개선，차치료조치료후상복동통、상복창만、구고급범산등증상개선경명현。치료조총유효솔98．3％，대조조89．5％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。2조치료후내경료효비교，치료조총유효솔91．52％，대조조75．43％，2조비교차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론청담화위、통부설탁、종옹론치담즙반류성위염유효합리，치득재림상중추엄。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy and efficacy of endoscopic of bile reflux gastritis treated by method of cleaning the gallbladder and harmonizing the stomach ,Fu-dredging and Turbidity -purgating and trea-ting peptic ulcer as abscess .Methods 120 patients with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups . 60 cases in treatment group were given Yunwei mixture treatment .60 cases in control group were treated by Ome-prazole.Clinical symptoms,physical signs of patients were observed before and during weekly medication .Bile reflux conditions were observed and recorded by gastroscopy before and after treatment .Results Various symptoms and signs score after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups (P<0.05).The de-crease of abdominal pain ,abdominal distension ,pain,and pantothenic acid score in treatment group was more obvious than those in control group after treatment (P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group (98.3%) was high-er than that in control group (89.5%,P<0.05).The total effective rate of endoscopy in treatment group (91.52%) was higher than that in control group (75.43%,P<0.05).Conclusion Bile reflux gastritis treated by method of cleaning the gallbladder and harmonizing the stomach ,Fu-dredging and Turbidity -purgating and treating peptic ul-cer as abscess is an effective and reasonable ,worthy of promotion in clinical .
