    Through leading the team to participate the National Clinical Skills Competition , we saw the deficiency and disparity of Western medicine clinical teaching , accumulated experience in race training .As an opportunity to promote the teaching reform , we should improve teaching ability of TCM colleges and train personnels who can meet the social needs of both Chinese and Western medicine .
