目的：了解中西医结合治疗肝癌引起的双下肢指陷性水肿的临床疗效。方法选择56例由肝癌引起的双下肢指陷性水肿的住院患者，并随机分成两组，其中30例为治疗组，26例为对照组，治疗组采用中医综合疗法结合传统利尿药物治疗，对照组则应用一般利尿药物治疗。结果两组治疗后，治疗组双下肢指陷性水肿的缓解程度及缓解时间均优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗肝癌引起的双下肢指陷性水肿，可提高临床缓解率，缩短治疗周期，特别在提高患者生存质量方面具有很大的优势。
목적：료해중서의결합치료간암인기적쌍하지지함성수종적림상료효。방법선택56례유간암인기적쌍하지지함성수종적주원환자，병수궤분성량조，기중30례위치료조，26례위대조조，치료조채용중의종합요법결합전통이뇨약물치료，대조조칙응용일반이뇨약물치료。결과량조치료후，치료조쌍하지지함성수종적완해정도급완해시간균우우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론중서의결합치료간암인기적쌍하지지함성수종，가제고림상완해솔，축단치료주기，특별재제고환자생존질량방면구유흔대적우세。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrative medicine therapy for fingers convexity edematous caused by Liver cancer . Methods 56 cases of patients were divided into two groups randomly , 30 cases for the trial group and 26 cases for the control group . Patients in the trial group received comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with diuretics , and patients in the control group were treated with routine diuretics .Results The edematous relieved degree and time in trial group were significantly higher than that in the control group..The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative medicine therapy can improve the relieved rate , shorten the treatment cycle , and improve patients life quality especially .
