目的：观察中药悦脾乐食汤治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法将200例厌食症患儿随机分为治疗组150例与对照组50例。对照组给予多潘立酮混悬液＋双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片口服，治疗组给予中药悦脾乐食汤治疗，疗程4周，观察疗效。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率，以及食欲记分、食量记分、证候总积分的改善均优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；用药过程中未观察到明显不良反应。结论悦脾乐食汤治疗小儿厌食症临床疗效确切，而且安全性良好。
목적：관찰중약열비악식탕치료소인염식증적림상료효。방법장200례염식증환인수궤분위치료조150례여대조조50례。대조조급여다반립동혼현액＋쌍기간균유간균삼련활균편구복，치료조급여중약열비악식탕치료，료정4주，관찰료효。결과치료조환인적총유효솔，이급식욕기분、식량기분、증후총적분적개선균우우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；용약과정중미관찰도명현불량반응。결론열비악식탕치료소인염식증림상료효학절，이차안전성량호。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yuepileshi Decoction therapy for anorexia nervosa .Methods 200 cases of anorexia children were randomly divided into 2 groups , 150 cases for treated group and 50 cases for control group .Patients in control group received Domperidone Suspension and Live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus bacteria tablets , while patients in treated group received Yuepileshi Decoction .The therapeutic effects were observed during the 4-week treatment on all patients .Results The total curative effect , and the improving of appetite score , capacity for eating score and clinical syndrome score of TCM in treated group was better than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant .(P<0.05).There was no case of serious adverse effects during the treatments . Conclusion Yuepileshi Decoction has obvious curative effect in treating pediatric anorexia and with good safety .
