采用乙醇-水溶液超声辅助提取法提取枇杷核中的总多酚,并选择用福林酚显色法测定其多酚的含量。利用单因素及正交试验得到显色与提取的最佳条件。得到显色的优化条件为:10%的碳酸钠1.5 mL,20%的福林酚3.5 mL,显色时间为70 min。得到提取的优化条件为:乙醇浓度为50%,提取温度为80℃,料液比为1∶20(g/mL),提取时间为120 min。该方法简便,准确,快捷。

This research aims at utilizing ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction method to extract the total polyphenol from Loquat nuclear with ethanol-water solution as solvent ,and determining the content of polyphenol by Folin-Ciocalteu Colorimetry.Through the single factor tests and orthogonal experiments ,the optimization of FC conditions and extraction conditions were studied. Finally ,the best colored conditions were as follows:10 %sodium carbonate 1.5 mL, 20%phenol reagent 3.5 mL,colored reaction time 70 min. And the optimum extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 50%, extractive temperature 80℃,material-liquid rate:1∶20 (g/mL), extractive time 120 min.This method is simple ,accurate and fast.
