目的：探讨超声乳化手术治疗对闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者治疗效果。方法将2011年7月～2013年3月在我院眼科治疗的88例（120只眼）闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象，分观察组和对照组，其中观察组的60只眼治疗上给予单纯白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗，而对照组的60只眼在进行白内障超声乳化治疗同时进行联合小梁切除及人工晶状体植入手术治疗，对比和分析两种不同的治疗方案的治疗效果。结果经过治疗，两组患者治疗后视力和治疗前相比均有显著的提高，且治疗中及治疗后未发生不良事件。结论闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者进行单纯白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入术的治疗，安全可靠，效果明显，值得临床借鉴。
목적：탐토초성유화수술치료대폐각형청광안합병백내장환자치료효과。방법장2011년7월～2013년3월재아원안과치료적88례（120지안）폐각형청광안합병백내장환자작위연구대상，분관찰조화대조조，기중관찰조적60지안치료상급여단순백내장초성유화적제연합인공정상체식입술치료，이대조조적60지안재진행백내장초성유화치료동시진행연합소량절제급인공정상체식입수술치료，대비화분석량충불동적치료방안적치료효과。결과경과치료，량조환자치료후시력화치료전상비균유현저적제고，차치료중급치료후미발생불량사건。결론폐각형청광안합병백내장환자진행단순백내장초성유화적제연합인공정상체식입술적치료，안전가고，효과명현，치득림상차감。
Objective To evaluate the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in treating cataract and angle-closure glaucoma patients.Methods88 cases of cataract and angle-closure glaucoma patients (120 eyes) who were treated in our hospital during July 2011 to March 2013 were selected as object of the research ,and the 80 patients were divided into two groups(observation group and control group).And 60 eyes of observation group were treated by phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation,60 eyes of control group were treated by phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy and intraocular lens implantation.Compared and analyzed the therapeutic effect of the two therapeutic schedules.Results After treatment,the two groups'patients made a great progress compared before treatment in eyesight aspect, and no adverse event was happened during the treatment.Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in treating cataract and angle-closure glaucoma is very safe, and the effect is good,so the therapeutic schedule is worth to be referenced in clinical.
