目的:探讨C-反应蛋白(CPR)与糖尿病肾脏微血管病变的相关性。方法92例糖尿病肾病患者按照Mogensen标准分为正常白蛋白尿组34例,微量白蛋白尿组32例,大量白蛋白尿组24例,并且选择同期来我院进行监控体检的正常对照组30例为对照组,对所有研究对象血清CPR进行检测分析。结果 CRP等指标大量蛋白尿组水平明显高于其他三组的水平,微量蛋白尿组明显高于正常蛋白尿组和对照组水平,差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),并且CRP与尿白蛋白的排泄率(UEA)呈显著的正相关(r=0.768, P<0.01)。结论 C-反应蛋白与糖尿病肾病微血管病变密切相关,是一种反映早期糖尿病肾损害的理想的标志物。

Objective To explore the association between C-reactive protein(CPR) and renal microvascular disease in diabetic.Methods 92 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into normal albuminuria group(n=34), microalbuminuria group(n=32), macroalbuminuria group(n=24) according the Mogensen standards. 30 normal cases were selected as control group. The level of serum CPR were detected.Results The level of serum CPR in massive proteinuria group were higher than that in other three groups. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). The level of serum CPR in microalbuminuria group were significantly higher than that in normal albuminuria group and the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). There were positive correlation between the level of serum CPR and urinary albumin excretion Rate(UAE)(r=0.768,P<0.01).ConclusionThe level of serum CPR is closely related with microvascular lesions of diabetic nephropathy, which is a markers ideal of early diabetic renal damage.
