目的：探讨细节护理对门诊老年输液患者的作用。方法我站于2011年7月，根据输液实施标准制定完善的细节护理方案，并将其严格落实到门诊老年患者护理中。将这一时间点前的648例患者作为对照组，这一时间点后的876例患者作为研究组，对比老年患者输液事件的发生率以及患者满意率，评价细节护理的临床价值。结果实施细节护理的门诊老年输液患者对输液护理的满意率明显高于对照组患者满意率，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；肢体渗液、针头滑脱、滴速失误以及拔针后淤血事件发生率组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论细节护理能够有效提升老年输液患者满意率，最大程度降低输液风险。

ObjectiveTo explore the effects of detailed care on elderly outpatients receiving transfusion. MethodsDetailed care scheme was developed and improved in the health service station according to transfusion implementation standards and strictly applied on care of elderly outpatients in Jul 2011. 648 patients during the period were assigned to the control group and 876 patients after the period were assigned to the study group to compare the incidence rates of transfusion events and satisfaction rates among elderly patients between the two groups and evaluate the clinical value of detailed care.ResultsThe elderly outpatients on transfusion given detailed care had significantly higher satisfaction rate towards transfusion care than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); the incidence rates of exudate limb, needle slippage, dripping speed mistake and bruise event after needle withdraw were different between the two groups, with statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionDetailed care can effectively improve the satisfaction rate among elderly patients receiving transfusion and reduce transfusion risks to the largest extent.
