目的：探讨欣普贝生用于孕足月胎膜早破产妇的安全性及其临床效果。方法将300例孕足月胎膜早破初产妇（其宫颈Bishop评分≤6分、无产科引产禁忌证和前列腺素应用禁忌证）随机分为两组。研究组150例，予欣普贝生1枚（10mg）塞阴道引产；对照组150例，予催产素引产，比较两组用药后有效率、临产时间、各产程时间和分娩时间，两组的分娩方式、产后出血量、胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息情况。结果研究组有效率为91.33%，明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）。两组产妇用药后临产时间、第1产程时间、第2产程时间、分娩时间差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；两组分娩方式有显著性差异（P＜0.01）。结论与催产素相比，欣普贝生有促宫颈成熟作用，引产成功率高，临产时间短且易于控制，更适用于宫颈Bishop评分6分以下的孕足月胎膜早破产妇。
목적：탐토흔보패생용우잉족월태막조파산부적안전성급기림상효과。방법장300례잉족월태막조파초산부（기궁경Bishop평분≤6분、무산과인산금기증화전렬선소응용금기증）수궤분위량조。연구조150례，여흔보패생1매（10mg）새음도인산；대조조150례，여최산소인산，비교량조용약후유효솔、임산시간、각산정시간화분면시간，량조적분면방식、산후출혈량、태인군박급신생인질식정황。결과연구조유효솔위91.33%，명현고우대조조（P＜0.01）。량조산부용약후임산시간、제1산정시간、제2산정시간、분면시간차이유현저성（P＜0.05）；량조분면방식유현저성차이（P＜0.01）。결론여최산소상비，흔보패생유촉궁경성숙작용，인산성공솔고，임산시간단차역우공제，경괄용우궁경Bishop평분6분이하적잉족월태막조파산부。
Objective To investigate the safety and clinical effect of propess for maternal pregnant women with PROM.Methods 300 cases of maternal pregnant women with PROM(Bishop score ≤ 6 points, no obstetric contraindications and prostaglandin induction applications contraindications) were randomly divided into two groups.150 cases in study group were given propess(10mg) vaginal plug induction; 150 cases in the control group were given oxytocin, the efficiency, labor time, labor time and childbirth each time, delivery mode, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia were compared between two groups after treatment.Results The effective rate of the study group was 91.33%, significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01). The difference of labor time, first stage of labor time, second stage of labor time,delivery time was statistically significant between two groups (P<0.05); There was a significant difference of delivery mode between two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Compared with oxytocin, propess can promote cervical ripening and raise induction success rate, labor time is short and easy to control, more suitable for pregnant women premature rupture of membranes who Bishop score is 6 points or less.
