目的：评估国产注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林预防子宫内膜异位症术后复发的疗效和安全性。方法将150例年龄在29~49岁的术后进行药物治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者随机分成3组：酸酸亮丙瑞林微球组、口服避孕药达英35组、中成药桂枝茯苓胶囊组。比较患者在药物治疗后3个月和6个月时痛经的复发率、子宫内膜异位肿块的复发率、性激素的水平变化、CA125水平和药物副反应率。结果各组的生殖激素水平和CA125水平均有下降，醋酸亮丙瑞林微球组下降最显著。醋酸亮丙瑞林微球组复发率最低，不良反应率在3组无明显差异。结论与口服避孕药达英35和中成药相比，注射用醋酸亮丙瑞林微球对预防子宫内膜异位症的术后复发具有价格便宜，复发率低，药物不良反应率低等优点。
목적：평고국산주사용작산량병서림예방자궁내막이위증술후복발적료효화안전성。방법장150례년령재29~49세적술후진행약물치료적자궁내막이위증환자수궤분성3조：산산량병서림미구조、구복피잉약체영35조、중성약계지복령효낭조。비교환자재약물치료후3개월화6개월시통경적복발솔、자궁내막이위종괴적복발솔、성격소적수평변화、CA125수평화약물부반응솔。결과각조적생식격소수평화CA125수평균유하강，작산량병서림미구조하강최현저。작산량병서림미구조복발솔최저，불량반응솔재3조무명현차이。결론여구복피잉약체영35화중성약상비，주사용작산량병서림미구대예방자궁내막이위증적술후복발구유개격편의，복발솔저，약물불량반응솔저등우점。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic leuprolide acetate injection in preventing postoperative recurrence of endometriosis.Methods150 endometriosis patients aged 29 years to 49 years who received postoperative drug treatment were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely the leuprolide acetate microsphere group, the oral contraceptive Diane-35 group and the Chinese patent medicine Guizhi Fuling capsule group. The recurrence rates of dysmenorrhea, recurrence rates of endometriosis lump, changes of sex hormone levels, CA125 levels and adverse drug reaction rates of the patients after 3 and 6 months of drug treatment were compared.Results The reproductive hormone levels and CA125 levels of all groups dropped and the leuprolide acetate microsphere group dropped most significantly. The leuprolide acetate microsphere group had the lowest recurrence rate and the adverse reaction rates were not significantly different among the 3 groups. Conclusion Compared to oral contraceptive Diane-35 and Chinese patent medicine, leuprolide acetate microsphere injection has the advantages of cheap price, low recurrence rate and low adverse drug reaction rate in preventing postoperative recurrence of endometriosis.
