目的：探讨乳晕边缘切口在青年女性乳腺良性肿物手术中的应用。方法分析我院门诊良性肿物患者分别采用肿物表面顺皮纹方向或放射状切口与乳晕边缘切口潜行游离皮瓣手术方式治疗临床资料。结果60例患者通过乳晕边缘切口潜行游离皮瓣方式均顺利完成手术，肿物均完整切除，平均手术时间27min，患者对此种术式术后美容效果满意。另对照组60例采用传统肿物表面放射状切口或顺皮纹方向切口，肿物亦完整切除，平均用时19min，但此种术式术后瘢痕较明显，患者对手术后美容效果满意率较低。结论通过采用乳晕边缘切口潜行切除肿物方式不仅可以完整切除良性肿瘤，且瘢痕隐藏效果好，无明显瘢痕增生，患者心理创伤小，同时满足了美学要求，值得在基层医院广泛应用。
목적：탐토유훈변연절구재청년녀성유선량성종물수술중적응용。방법분석아원문진량성종물환자분별채용종물표면순피문방향혹방사상절구여유훈변연절구잠행유리피판수술방식치료림상자료。결과60례환자통과유훈변연절구잠행유리피판방식균순리완성수술，종물균완정절제，평균수술시간27min，환자대차충술식술후미용효과만의。령대조조60례채용전통종물표면방사상절구혹순피문방향절구，종물역완정절제，평균용시19min，단차충술식술후반흔교명현，환자대수술후미용효과만의솔교저。결론통과채용유훈변연절구잠행절제종물방식불부가이완정절제량성종류，차반흔은장효과호，무명현반흔증생，환자심리창상소，동시만족료미학요구，치득재기층의원엄범응용。
Objective To investigate the application of areola edge incision in the surgery of young female with mammary gland benign mass.MethodsClinical information of the patients with benign mass who received the mass surface striae direction or radial incision and the areola edge incision potential free skin flap surgical methods in the outpatient of our hospital was analyzed.Results Sixty patients went through the surgery successfully using the areola edge incision potential free skin flap method. The mass was removed completely and the average operative time was 27 minutes. The patients were satisfied with the cosmetic results of this surgical method. Sixty patients of the control group received traditional mass surface striae direction or radial incision. The mass was also removed completely and the average operative time was 19 minutes. But the postoperative scar of this surgical method was obvious and the patients had low satisfaction to the postoperative cosmetic results. ConclusionThe application of areola edge incision potential mass excision method can remove the benign tumor completely, has good scare concealing effects, causes no obvious scar hyperplasia and small psychic trauma, and meets the aesthetic requirements, thereby worthy of wide application in primary hospitals.
