采用二安替比林甲烷比色法测定几种休闲食品中TiO2的含量。几种休闲食品经硫酸-硫酸铵消解完全后,在强酸介质中钛与二安替比林甲烷形成黄色络合物,选用420 nm作为测定波长,用分光光度法测定休闲食品中TiO2的含量,采用标准曲线法定量。结果表明:不同品牌同一类型膨化食品中TiO2的含量都比较接近,且都低于1 g/kg;同一品牌不同类型膨化食品中TiO2的含量差异较大,但均未超过国家食品添加剂使用限量。
採用二安替比林甲烷比色法測定幾種休閒食品中TiO2的含量。幾種休閒食品經硫痠-硫痠銨消解完全後,在彊痠介質中鈦與二安替比林甲烷形成黃色絡閤物,選用420 nm作為測定波長,用分光光度法測定休閒食品中TiO2的含量,採用標準麯線法定量。結果錶明:不同品牌同一類型膨化食品中TiO2的含量都比較接近,且都低于1 g/kg;同一品牌不同類型膨化食品中TiO2的含量差異較大,但均未超過國傢食品添加劑使用限量。
채용이안체비림갑완비색법측정궤충휴한식품중TiO2적함량。궤충휴한식품경류산-류산안소해완전후,재강산개질중태여이안체비림갑완형성황색락합물,선용420 nm작위측정파장,용분광광도법측정휴한식품중TiO2적함량,채용표준곡선법정량。결과표명:불동품패동일류형팽화식품중TiO2적함량도비교접근,차도저우1 g/kg;동일품패불동류형팽화식품중TiO2적함량차이교대,단균미초과국가식품첨가제사용한량。
In this article, it adopts DAPM colorimetric method to determine the content of titanium dioxide in the several snacks. After the snacks used in the experiment are completely digested in sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate digestion, the titanium and two diantipyryl methane form the yellow complex, using 420 nm as the measured wavelength and the spectrophotometric method to determine the content of titanium dioxide of snacks , and standard curve method also being used. The result shows that:the content of Titanium dioxide in the same type of snacks within different brand is similar, less than 1 g/kg;the content of Titanium dioxide in the same brand snacks within different type is difference, none of the content of titanium dioxide of these snacks mentioned above exceeds the national standard consumption of food additives.
