采用强亲水性阴离子交换柱IonPac AS16分离,电导检测器检测,建立了乳制品中硫氰酸根的离子色谱检测方法。通过加标回收和相对标准偏差实验验证,该法具有较高的精密度和准确度。实验同时利用该方法对不同品种乳制品中硫氰酸根含量进行了检测,结果发现:牛乳粉中硫氰酸根浓度分布在9.8 mg/kg~23 mg/kg之间,而羊乳粉的浓度范围为3.7 mg/kg~4.9 mg/kg。

In this paper, a method was developed to detect thiocyanate in dairy products. In this method, thiocyanate was separated on a highly hydrophilic IonPac AS16 anion-exchange column, and then detected by conductivity detector. The accuracy and reliability of method were verified through the recovery and the relative standard deviation (RSD). The results showed that this method in the determination of thiocyanate in dairy products is simple, reliable, and has a higher precision and accuracy. Then, this analysis method was used to detect levels of thiocyanate in 24 batches of dairy products. The concentrations of thiocyanate in milk powder is between 9.8 mg/kg to 23 mg/kg,however, the concentrations of thiocyanate in goat milk powder is between 3.7 mg/kg to 4.9 mg/kg.
