长庆陇东油田因受地形地貌和整体开采方案的制约,需要采用三维水平井开发。水平井施工中由于上部地层复杂,靶前距离短,偏移距大,井眼轨迹控制难度大,对于PDC钻头的性能提出了更高的要求。针对该区块地层和定向轨迹控制特点,笔者进行了三维水平井用PDC钻头个性化设计,现场应用表明:钻头平均机械钻速和单只钻头进尺分别提高了21.29%和20.12%,较好地满足了三维水平井的优快施工。

Due to long dong block of Chang Qing oil ifeld area are affected by the landform and the overal plan of development. Determine to adopt 3 d horizontal wel development of construction. Because of the upper formation complex、the target distance is short and offset is large, virtual yincreased wellbore trajectory control difficulty, for the use of PDC drilling bit is put forward to higher requirement.Therefore, in view of the characteristics of the formation,The PDC bit for trajectory controlof long dong block is personalized designed. The application results show:The personalized PDC bit average speed and single dril footage increased by 21.29%and 20.12%respectively, better matching 3 d horizontal wel drilling technical characteristics for long dong block.
