针对预应力混凝土连续梁桥成桥预拱度设置问题,提出了一种基于样条曲线拟合成桥预拱度的方法。为详细考虑收缩、徐变等因素的影响,首先根据有限元计算得到的关键点的成桥预拱度计算值,然后借助三次样条曲线拟合出沿全桥分布的预拱度曲线,这样既能保证预拱度数值的可靠性又能保证曲线的光滑性。实际算例表明,根据本法拟合出的曲线与理论值相关程度高,可以根据需要确定插值点和拟合精度,且便于程序化计算。

on the problem of setting pre-camber for pre-stressed beam bridges, this paper presents a method of fitting bridge pre-camber based on spline curve. In order to take shrinkage and creep into consideration, a finite element analysis program was used to gain the value of bridge pre-camber at key points, then through the fitting method of cubic spline, the curve of the bridge pre-camber is gained. With the steps above, the reliability of the value and the curve’s smoothness of the bridge pre-camber are ensured. Actual example shows that there is a significant correlation between the curve fitted by this method and theoretical value. The fitting precision can be adjusted based on different requirements and the method is easy to implement programing calculation.
