骨髓间充质干细胞是一类非造血性的细胞，在不同诱导条件下可分化为表皮细胞、软骨细胞、骨细胞、神经元细胞、类髓核细胞等。因其来源广泛，具有较高的分化再造潜能，无特异抗原标记，具有归巢潜能，使其具有良好的应用前景。骨髓间充质干细胞向表皮细胞分化在创面修复的实验研究与临床应用上均有积极意义。本文就骨髓间充质干细胞向表皮细胞分化的研究现状、分化条件、机制与意义等方面作一综述。

Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) is a kind of non-hematopoietic cells, which can be divided into epidermis cells, osteoblast, chondroblast, etc under different conditions of differentiation. BMSCs have a good application prospect because of their extensive sources, high differentiation of recycling capacity, no specific antigen marker and homing function. The differentiation of BMSCs into epidermal cells has a positive significance on the experimental study and clinical application of wound repair. This article summarized the research status, differentiation conditions, mechanism and clinical significance of the differentiation of BMSCs into epidermal cells.
