目的:分析福州市7~18岁儿童青少年体质指数与血压的相关性,为开展相关的健康教育、健康促进提供基线资料。方法随机抽取福州市2个城区中等水平的小学和中学各一所,从各年级每个年龄段随机抽取至少20人,男女各半,共调查7~18岁儿童青少年590人并进行身高、体重和血压的测量。依据《中国学龄儿童青少年超重肥胖筛查体重指数值分类标准》,将学生分为正常、超重和肥胖3类,比较3类学生的收缩压及舒张压。结果7~12岁男生的超重率和肥胖率均高于13~18岁的男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与正常体重组比较,7~12岁、13~18岁和7~18岁男生超重肥胖组的SBP和DBP均值以及13~18岁和7~18岁女生超重肥胖组SBP均值均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);7~12岁男生的BMI与SBP、DBP均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),13~18岁男生和女生的BMI与SBP、DBP均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);在控制了年龄、性别因素后,7~12岁男生及13~18岁男生、女生BMI与SBP仍呈独立正相关(P<0.05),13~18岁男生BMI与DBP也呈独立正相关(P<0.05)。结论福州市7~18岁儿童青少年超重肥胖检出率男生比女生高、低年龄组比高年龄组高;BMI 与血压呈独立正相关,BMI 与 SBP 的相关性比BMI与DBP相关性强,年龄越大BMI与SBP的相关性也越强,男生的BMI与SBP、DBP的相关性较女生更为显著。

Objective To analyze children and adolescents body mass index and blood pressure correlation in Fuzhou, so as to provide baseline data to carry out health education and health promotion. Methods A primary school and a secondary school of moderate level were randomly selected in cangshan. At least 20 children of 7-18 were randomly sampled at each age group, evenly composed of boys and girls. A total of 590 children were recruited and assessed on their body height, body weight and blood pressure. According the "Screening for overweight and obesity in Chinese school-age young people the value of body mass index classification criteria", the students were divided into three Classes: normal group, overweight group and obesity group. Then, compare their blood pressure. Results There was significant difference on the rates of overweight and obesity rates between the Children and Adolescents aged 7-12 years and aged 13-18 years (P<0.05). Systolic blood pressure (SBP) values and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) value were significant different in the 3 categories of the normal population, overweight population, obesity population in the 7-12 years, 13-18 years and 7-18 years old boys (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, there were increase significantly on the DBP value of the overweight and obesity groups in the 13-18 years and 7-18 years old girls (P<0.05). 7-12 year old boys with body mass index (BMI) and SBP and DBP were positively correlated(P<0.05), and same positively correlated in 13-18 years old boys and girls(P<0.05). After controlling for age and sex, not only their BMI and SBP continued to show a positive correlation in 7-12 year old boys, 13-18 years old boys and girls(P<0.05), but also it continued to show a positive correlation on BMI and DBP in 13-18 years old boys(P<0.05). Conclusions Children and Adolescents aged 7-18 years in Fuzhou the rate of overweight and obesity was higher in boys than girls, and the low age group than in high age group. BMI is independently correlated with blood pressure, the relevance of the BMI and SBP is stronger than the correlation between BMI and DBP. The correlation between BMI and blood pressure is more stronger 13-18 years old than 7-12 years old, boys than girls.
