以麸皮为原料，利用碱皂化法提取辅酶Q 10，紫外分光光度法测定含量。试验结果表明：最佳碱皂化处理条件为：pH为11，料液比1∶12（g/mL），皂化温度为90℃，皂化时间为90 min。
以麩皮為原料，利用堿皂化法提取輔酶Q 10，紫外分光光度法測定含量。試驗結果錶明：最佳堿皂化處理條件為：pH為11，料液比1∶12（g/mL），皂化溫度為90℃，皂化時間為90 min。
이부피위원료，이용감조화법제취보매Q 10，자외분광광도법측정함량。시험결과표명：최가감조화처리조건위：pH위11，료액비1∶12（g/mL），조화온도위90℃，조화시간위90 min。
In this experiment, the author extracted and separated coenzyme Q10from wheat skin using the method of alkaline saponification,and determined by UV.The results showed that the best conditions for alkali saponification:pH 11, ratio of material to liquor 1∶12(g/mL), reflux temperature 90℃, saponification time of 90 min.
