探讨芦荟银杏复合制剂对乙醇氧化损伤模型小鼠的抗氧化作用。将小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、芦荟银杏复合制剂低、中、高剂量组5组,采用灌胃给药30天后一次性灌胃给予50%乙醇造模,取材测定指标。选用血清和肝组织谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量,肝组织蛋白质羰基含量为指标,观察芦荟银杏复合制剂对乙醇氧化损伤模型小鼠抗氧化能力的影响。芦荟银杏复合制剂3个剂量组均能增加抗氧化物质GSH含量,提高抗氧化酶SOD和GSH-Px活力,降低脂质氧化产物MDA含量,降低蛋白质氧化产物羰基含量。芦荟银杏复合制剂具有良好的抗氧化作用,有助于延缓衰老过程。

To study the series of tablet on the antioxidant effect of ethanol oxidation damage model mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups ,which concluded solvent control group, model control group, series of high, medium and low dose group, using the drug lavage after 30 d of disposable lavage give 50 %ethanol made mould, based on measurement indicators. Choose the serum and liver tissue glutathione (GSH) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and glutathione peroxidase (gsh-px) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, liver tissue protein carbonyl content as an index, observation series slices to ethanol oxidation damage model the influence of the antioxidant ability of mice. Results All series slices of three dose groups can increase antioxidant GSH content, SOD and gsh-px activity of antioxidant enzymes, reducing lipid oxidation products of MDA content, lower protein oxidation products of carbonyl content. Conclusion series of slices have good antioxidant effect, which help to slow down the aging process.
