在珠江三角洲城际快速轨道交通广佛线沙涌站-沙园站盾构区间隧道施工中，该盾构区间始发端头紧邻沙涌河及芳村大道。由于芳村大道为广州市主要交通干道之一，不允许地面交通受到影响，同时端头地层地下水丰富，周边住宅小区密集，施工空间有限，因此工程风险较高、难度较大。为了保证盾构机顺利始发，加快施工进度，缩短施工工期，避免影响地面交通及对地下管线造成破坏，本工程采取水平注浆技术对洞门土体进行加固，以便做到社会影响小、施工周期短、降低造价。

In the Shayong Station to Shayuan Station shield tunnel construction of inter-city rapid transit Guangzhou-Foshan line for the Pearl River Delta, the originating end of Shayong Station to Shayuan Station shield tunnel adjoins Shayong River and Fangcun Avenue. Fancun Avenue is one of the main traffic roads in Guangzhou, which can not affect ground traffic, what ’ s more, portal soil has rich groundwater, the surrounding residential area is concentrated, and construction space is limited,therefore project risk is high, and construction difficulty is great. In order to ensure the smooth launching of shield machine, speed up the construction progress, shorten the construction period, avoid the influence on the ground traffic and underground pipeline damage, the horizontal grouting technology is used in portal soil reinforcement, which reduces social influence,shortens construction period,reduces cost.
