探地雷达基于电磁波反射原理,以其特有的连续扫描透视功能,实现隧道衬砌质量的高分辨率无损检测。在简要阐述其检测机理、方法、测线与参数设置的基础上开展隧道衬砌实例检测。结果表明:该法检测效果良好,其中衬砌厚度误差约4?2%,空洞范围误差约7%,钢拱架间距误差约8%。同时针对所遇多种衬砌缺陷,分类解析归纳其雷达图谱特征,有助于提高探地雷达图像解译精度,便于及时采取相应补强修正措施,保证隧道施工和运营安全。

GPR which is based on the electromagnetic wave reflection principle, with its unique continuous scanning function, can make the high resolution non-destructive detection of tunnel lining quality. After brief elaboration of its detection mechanism, method, survey line and parameter setting, then the authors introduce the detection of tunnel lining. The results show that this method has good detection performance. The experimental data is as follows:The steel arch frame spacing error is 8%,the cavity range is of about 7%,while the lining thickness is of about 4?2%. At the same time, based on a variety of lining defects, the authors classify, analyze and summarize its characteristics of radar images. All of these can improve the GPR image interpretation ’ s accuracy, take timely remedial measures to ensure the safety of tunnel construction and its operation.
