高速公路隧道穿越断裂带及绢云母片岩等软岩地层时,施工过程中难免出现多种类型的二衬开裂现象,为有效控制开裂发生,以多条隧道的地质概况为基础,从隧道的岩体条件和地下水的软化作用、勘察设计的有限性及施工扰动性与二衬合理支护时机等方面对二衬开裂的影响因素入手,全面分析其开裂机理。分析结果显示,二衬结构开裂是上述影响因素交互作用,但各段主导因素不同。

The large deformation disaster occurs easily when tunnels cross the faults and soft rock-mess such as sericite quartz-schist. Those disasters mentioned above may lead to variety of types of the second lining cracking. In this paper, more than ten tunnels’ geological environments were collected to compare the characteristics of cracks. The rock mass condition, the softening action of groundwater and the limitation of survey and design, construction disturbance, and the reasonable support time of the secondary lining cracking and so on were compared to analyze the mechanism of the cracks in secondary lining . The results showed that the major mechanism of cracks was the interaction of all the factors which were mentioned above, what the difference was the different characteristics of cracks caused by different leader factors.
