公路桥梁的橡胶支座大规模使用已有20多年历史,支座失效导致的事故逐年增多。采用同步顶升技术可以很好地完成更换桥梁支座的任务,及时避免事故发生。通过对某10跨连续弯梁桥整体顶升92mm的施工介绍,探讨了同步顶升施工在桥梁支座更换过程中的应用和重要性。采用可编程前置分布式液压系统可以集中管理与控制各顶升点的压力、位移和应力信息;并且从强度储备的角度对支座标准进行了比较。

Rubber support of highway bridge has been widely used for more than twenty years. The accident caused by the failure of supports increased yearly. Synchronous jacking could replace the supports successfully in order to avoid accidents. This paper introduces the importance of synchronous jacking according to one case of a ten-span continuous curved girder bridge. The bridge has been jacked up 92 millimeters synchronously in order to replace the supports. Using former distributed Programmable Logic Controller ( PLC) could manage and control every lifting point. It could collect the information such as stress and displacement. And this paper compares several versions of support considering stress intensity.
