探讨临床护理路径(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)在手术室整体护理中的应用效果.方法采用便利抽样法选取2012年7-12月在乐清市第二人民医院住院并接受手术治疗的120例患者为研究对象,按入院先后分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组给予 CNP 护理模式,比较两组患者术前及术后的焦虑和抑郁评分、术后并发症发生情况、疾病相关知识掌握程度以及护理满意度等.结果观察组患者的焦虑及抑郁评分、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度以及对疾病相关知识掌握程度等方面均优于对照组(均 P ＜0．05).结论应用 CNP 模式可提高手术室整体护理质量,值得在临床推广应用.

Objective To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway on holistic nursing qual-ity in the operating room.Methods Totally 1 2 0 cases of patients underwent operation in our hospital from July 2 0 1 2 to December 2 0 1 2 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(each was 6 0 cases).The control group were received routine care,and the experimental group was given clinical nursing pathway.The anxiety and depression score,the patients ’ satisfaction and the knowledge grasping degree of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety and depression score, post-operative complications,the patients’satisfaction and the knowledge grasping degree of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the holistic nursing quality in operating room,and it’s worthwhile spreading in clinical practice.
