了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者戒烟过程及其戒烟是否成功的影响因素,为进一步提高 COPD 患者戒烟成功率提供指导依据。方法采用质性研究中现象学描述性定性研究方法,以半结构式深度访谈方式收集10例 COPD 患者个案资料,并运用 Colaizzi 分析程序进行分析。结果经过分析,共提取5个方面的主题,并将其归纳为 COPD 患者戒烟阻碍因素：尼古丁成瘾、疾病认识不足、环境影响；戒烟促进因素：年龄增长/疾病影响、住院期间得到医护人员的指导与督促。结论临床护理中,应避免阻碍因素对 COPD 患者戒烟的影响,充分强化促进因素的作用,帮助 COPD 患者戒烟,以促进康复,改善患者生活质量。

To investigate the whole process of quitting smoking and the contributing factors of successful quitting in smoking patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and pro-vide guiding basis for further improving the success ratio of quitting smoking in COPD patients.Methods By using qualitative phenomenological descriptive method in qualitative study,collected the case data of 1 0 COPD patients in a way of semi- structured depth interview,and applied Colaizzi analysis program for analysis.Results After the statistical analysis,five theme were refined,and regarded three of them as the hindering factors of successful quitting:nicotine dependence,insufficient understanding of COPD,in-fluence of circumstances,and two of them as the promoting factors:growth of the age/deterioration of COPD,surveillance and instructions of medical staff during the stay of hospitalization.Conclusion In or-der to improve the success ratio of quitting smoking in COPD patients,we should avoid influence of the three hindering factors and strengthen effects of the two promoting factors,which could facilitate the reha-bilitation therapy and improve the life quality of COPD patients.
