针对目前市场需求及3C电子产品零部件加工机床存在的问题，设计了一台3C电子产品加工专机。在现有技术的基础上，对加工专机进行了总体方案设计和关键功能部件的创新设计，包括卧式双主轴结构设计、无刀柄夹刀刀库设计、一体成型基座结构设计、抽屉式集屑箱设计。研制的加工专机布局合理，工艺先进，可保证零件加工精度，提高加工效率。

For the current market demand and the problems existing in machine tool for 3C electronic products parts processing, a special machine was designed for 3C electronic products.On the basis of the existing technology,the overall design of special ma-chine,and innovative design for the key function parts were carried on,including the designs of horizontal double-spindle structure, the knife magazine without handle clip,the integrated base structure,the chip set box.The layout of the special machine is reasona-ble,and the process is advanced.The machining accuracy and processing efficiency are improved.
