在剖析传统油气回收系统存在不足的基础上,设计了一种新型的油气回收系统,并对气液比参数进行优化。这种新型油气回收系统采用变频控制而省略了比例阀,并且考虑了流量和温度因素对回收系统的影响,可以根据温度及流量信号的变化确定相应的气液比,实现了油气回收过程的自适应调节。同时对真空泵吸气性能和新型油气回收系统回收效果进行了测试。

Based on pointed out the defeat of traditional vapor recovery system,a new vapor recovery system was designed,and the vapor-liquid ratio parameter was optimized.The system was controlled by using frequency conversion,and proportional valve was exempted.Moreover in consideration of influence of temperature and flow signal factors on the recovery system,the right vapor-liquid ratio was selected according to the changes in temperature and flow signal.The self-adapt control of the vapor recovery process is real-ized,at the same time,and the effect of vacuum pump performance and new vapor recovery system are tested.
