在对液压挖掘机工作装置功率系统组成、工作原理和控制方法进行深入研究的基础上,采用分工况控制的方法,结合发动机特性将系统分成6种功率模式,确定了液压挖掘机工作装置功率调节自动控制系统的总体方案,设计了实现相应功能的各回路,完成了硬件系统元件的选型。同时,以分层分模块的思想,在KEIL软件上用C语言进行系统各程序的编写。通过仿真和调试,研究得到优化的程序,可实现液压挖掘机工作装置功率调节自动控制。

On the basis of deep research on the composition,working principles and control method of the hydraulic excavator working device power system,by using the control method of different working conditions,combining with the features of the engine, the system was divided into six power modes,thus the overall program of the automatic control system on the hydraulic excavator work-ing device power regulation was determined.All the circuits to realize the corresponding function were designed,and type selection of hardware system components was finished.At the same time,under the idea of different layers and modules,the C Language was used on KEIL software to write all programs for the hardware system.After simulations and debug,the program optimized by research can ul-timately realize the automatic control of hydraulic excavator working devices power.
