通过建立工件的振动力学模型,得出工件振动能量的解析公式。利用QLVC-ZSA1型振动信号分析仪,测试刀具在不同进给速度下的三向振动响应。试验结果表明:刀具在z方向的振动能量最大,且振动能量随着进给速度的增加而增大。

Based on the vibration mechanics model of workpiece,analytic formula for the vibration energy of the workpiece was obtained.By using QLVC-ZSA1 virtual vibration analyzer,the three-dimensional vibration response at different feed speed of the tool was tested.Test results indicate that the vibration energy in z direction of the tool is the biggest,and with the increasing of feed speed,the vibration energy increases.
