以电液位置伺服控制系统为研究对象,在传统PID控制的基础上,提出一种基于BP神经网络的控制策略。利用神经网络的自适应、自学习的特点,实现对电液位置伺服系统PID参数的自整定。搭建试验机并进行实验,结果表明:BP神经网络PID控制很好地解决了电液伺服控制系统中加载速度及稳定性等问题,是一种实用性很强的控制策略。

A control strategy was put forward based on BP neural network in the research of electro-hydraulic position servo con-trol system by the assist of traditional PID control,to implement the PID parameters self-tuning of electro-hydraulic position servo sys-tem,for neural network had the characteristics of self-adaption and self-learning.Through building the testing machine and conducting the experiment,the results show that the BP neural network PID control is a very practical control strategy for its well solution of the e-lectro-hydraulic servo control system’s problems in loading speed and stability.
