为获得25 CrMo4淬火钢的最优切削参数,应用Deform-3 D软件建立三维有限元模型并对切削过程进行仿真,获得了不同切削速度、背吃刀量和进给量下切削温度的变化规律,通过对模拟结果评估获得了最佳切削参数。在最佳切削参数下进行切削实验,结果发现:随着切削速度、进给量和切削深度的增加切削温度都呈上升趋势;不同切削速度下的切削温度实验与模拟值非常吻合,这表明在实验切削速度范围内切削温度是优化切削参数的最主要物理量。

위획득25 CrMo4쉬화강적최우절삭삼수,응용Deform-3 D연건건립삼유유한원모형병대절삭과정진행방진,획득료불동절삭속도、배흘도량화진급량하절삭온도적변화규률,통과대모의결과평고획득료최가절삭삼수。재최가절삭삼수하진행절삭실험,결과발현:수착절삭속도、진급량화절삭심도적증가절삭온도도정상승추세;불동절삭속도하적절삭온도실험여모의치비상문합,저표명재실험절삭속도범위내절삭온도시우화절삭삼수적최주요물리량。
In order to obtain the optimum cutting parameters of hardened 25 CrMo4 steel,three-dimensional (3-D)finite element model (FEM)was built with the aid of Deform-3D software and the cutting process was simulated.Variation law of cutting temperature under different cutting speeds,back cutting depths and feeding amount was obtained,and the optimum cutting parameters were ob-tained through evaluation of the simulation results.Cutting experiments were carried out under the optimal cutting parameters and the experimental results show that the cutting temperature increases along with the increasing of the cutting speed,feeding amount and cut-ting depth;in addition,the experimental values of cutting temperature agree well with the simulation results under different cutting speed,which indicates that cutting temperature is the most important physical parameter for optimizing the cutting parameters within the range of cutting speed used in the experiment.
