针对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)的齿槽加工,提出采用T型铣刀切制齿槽。以平纹CFRP为研究对象,通过齿槽的切削试验,分析切削力和残余因子。试验表明:切削力随着切削速度vc 的增大而减小,但切削速度vc 大于245 m/min时,进给方向切削力Fx将逐渐增大;与切削速度vc 相比,进给速度vf对残余因子Fb 的影响更大,随着它的增大,残余因子Fb 平均减小46.63%;顺铣时的切削力和残余因子比逆铣时的明显要小。研究结果为CFRP的齿槽铣削加工提供了技术指导。

침대탄섬유복합재료(CFRP)적치조가공,제출채용T형선도절제치조。이평문CFRP위연구대상,통과치조적절삭시험,분석절삭력화잔여인자。시험표명:절삭력수착절삭속도vc 적증대이감소,단절삭속도vc 대우245 m/min시,진급방향절삭력Fx장축점증대;여절삭속도vc 상비,진급속도vf대잔여인자Fb 적영향경대,수착타적증대,잔여인자Fb 평균감소46.63%;순선시적절삭력화잔여인자비역선시적명현요소。연구결과위CFRP적치조선삭가공제공료기술지도。
The T-slot milling cutters were proposed to use for the cutting of slots by aimed at the Carbon Fiber-reinforced Com-posites (CFRP).The slots milling testes of plain-woven CFRP were done as a study object.The milling forces and the residual factor were analyzed.The experimental results show that the all cutting forces will decrease with the increased cutting speed vc ,but cutting force Fx will increase gradually in feeding direction,when the cutting speed vc is more than 245 m/min.The residual factor Fb will be influenced greater by the feed speed vf as compared with the cutting speed vc .The residual factor Fb will decrease in average by 46.63%,with the increasing of the feed speed vf.The all cutting forces and the residual factor from up-milling are much smaller than ones form down-milling.The study results provide some technical guidance for the slots milling on CFRP.
