根据新理念的指导，从“小麦生产”转换到“小麦经济”，探讨影响河北省小麦产业发展的相关问题。借鉴河南省发展小麦经济的经验，全面系统地提出发展小麦经济的对策建议，以期提升河北省小麦产业化经营水平，实现小麦资源优势向小麦经济优势的转变。

Based on the guidance of the new concept from the "wheat production" to "wheat economy", the relevant problems affecting development of wheat industry in Hebei province were investigated. Based on the experience of the wheat develop-ment in Henan province, the advices on developing wheat economic in Hebei province were put forward comprehensively and systematically. To improve the level of wheat industrialization and realize the changes from wheat resource advantage to wheat economic advantage in Hebei province.
