采用乙腈超声提取,GC-MS 法测定别克参(Erythronium sibiricum)中10种有机氯农药残留量。结果表明,各农药标准工作曲线线性关系良好,分析结果的相对标准偏差为1.79%~4.30%,加样回收率为75.7%~123.3%。所测10种有机氯农药在3批别克参药材中的含量均在检测限以下。该方法前处理方法简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好,能够满足别克参药材中有机氯农药残留快速检测的要求。

To establish a method for rapid determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Erythronium sibiricum, the samples were ultrasonically extracted with acetonitrile and determined by GC-MS. Satisfactory linearities for 10 pesticides were obtained with the precision of measurement ranging from 1.79% to 4.30% . The recoveries of detection were ranged from 75.7% to 123.3% . Erythronium sibiricum samples did not contain any organochlorine pesticide residues. The established method was simple, stable and sensitive, which could satisfy the need for rapidly determing of organochlorine pesticide residues.
