试验采用清除 DPPH 自由基、清除 ABTS+自由基和还原能力3种体外抗氧化测定方法,对寄主为黄皮树[Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels]的桑寄生(Taxillus chinensis)不同极性溶剂提取物的抗氧化能力进行了研究。结果表明,黄皮桑寄生乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物具有较优异的抗氧化能力,其结果与其有较高的总黄酮含量有关。说明黄皮桑寄生乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取物具有较好的开发天然抗氧化剂的潜力。

Three in vitro antioxidant methods such as DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS+ (2,2'-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)) scavenging assay and reducing assay were used to study the antioxidant ability of the petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts from Taxillus chinensis parasitized on Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels. The total flavonoids (TF) in all extracts were determined by UV methods. The results showed that the ethyl acetate extracts (EE) and n-butanol extracts (BE) had better antioxidant ability which might related with its high content of total flavonoids. It is indicated that EE and BE have good development potential for natural antioxidant.
