采用微波辅助法提取玉米(Zea mays L.)叶中的绿原酸,研究粒度、料液比、微波时间、微波功率、提取次数对绿原酸含量的影响。通过单因素试验和正交试验得到的最佳工艺条件为粒度80目、料液比1:30(g:mL)、微波时间50 s、微波功率550 W,在此条件下,提取到绿原酸含量达2.62 mg / g。

Microwave-assisted extracting chlorogenic acid from maize(Zea mays L.) leaves was studied. The extraction yield of chlorogenic acid was investigated with respect to mesh size, solid to liquid ratio, microwave time, microwave power and ex-traction frequency. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimal extraction conditions were mesh size 80, solid to liquid ratio 1:30 (g:L),microwave time 50 s, microwave power 550 W. The extraction yield of chlorogenic acid was 2.62 mg / g under the optimal condition.
