为研究宁夏荒漠草原上生长的野生沙芦草(Agropyron mongolicum)的耐盐性,以宁夏荒漠草原上收集的7份野生沙芦草和蒙农1号蒙古冰草为材料,用不同浓度的 NaCl 和 Na2SO4复合盐对其幼苗进行盐胁迫,测定其膜透性,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性等生理生化指标,并利用隶属函数对其耐盐性进行了综合评价。结果表明,随着盐胁迫浓度的增加,8份沙芦草材料幼苗的细胞膜透性、Pro 含量、SOD 活性均呈上升趋势;叶绿素和 MDA 含量呈下降趋势;类胡萝卜素含量无明显变化。通过隶属函数对8份沙芦草的耐盐性综合评价,其耐盐性排序为:蒙农1号蒙古冰草﹥3号沙芦草﹥4号沙芦草﹥2号沙芦草﹥5号沙芦草﹥7号沙芦草﹥6号沙芦草﹥1号沙芦草。

In order to study the salt tolerance of Agropyron mongolicum in Ningxia desert -steppe, seven samples of mild Agropyron mongolicum and one sample of Agropyron mongolicum Meng Nong No.1 at seedling stage were treated with different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4 solution. Cell membrane permeability, the content of Chlorophyll, Carotenoid, Pro and MDA and SOD activity were determined to evaluate the salt tolerance by using membership functions. The results showed that when the salt stress concentration was increased, the cell membrane permeability, free proline content and SOD activity of the eight Agropyron mongolicum was all increased, while the content of chlorophyll, carotenoid and MAD was decreased. Through comprehensive evaluation, the salt tolerance from strong to weak was in order of Agropyron mongolicum Meng Nong No.1, mild Agropyron mongolicum NO.3,NO.4,NO.2﹥NO.5 ,NO.7, NO.6 and NO. 1.
